INSCRIÇÃO E FORMA DE PAGAMENTO
As Inscrições devem ser feitas preferencialmente ONLINE: www.abitrigo.com.br, neste
caso o pagamento será feito através de Boleto Bancário emitido após o preenchimento
da Ficha de Inscrição.
Se não for possível fazer ONLINE, preencha legivelmente esta ficha, providencie o depósito em
nome da Abitrigo no UNIBANCO (409) - Agência 0502- Conta Corrente 213048-7 e encaminhe-nos com o comprovante de depósito pelo Fax.: 55 (11) 3078-8995 ou pelo correio.
Os recibos serão enviados após a comprovação do pagamento.
A Abitrigo não aceita pagamento com Cartão de Crédito

The Registration fees includes:

20/10: Lectures, coffee break, lunch, touristic program in city of Curitiba, cocktail, a special dinner with musical entertainment, in Graciosa Country Club.
21/10: Lectures, coffee break and lunch.

After this procedure please send a copy by Fax: 55 (11) 3078-8995 or e-mail secretaria@abitrigo.com.br.
The reciept will be sent after the proof of payment.
Notice: It will not be accept payments through credit cards
No cancellation of registrations will be accepted and return of payment,
after September, 30, 2008.
